ABOUT SENA

Over the past 40 years in the real estate industry, Sena Development started from a humble beginning as a small construction business in Thailand, and has now become one of the best real estate companies in Thailand under the philosophy, “The Customers’ Trust is our Pride”. We are committed to develop products and services for maximum satisfaction of the customers under concept “Use your thought…. and your mind”.

Our business practices are based on 4 core principles of which are trust, customer centricity, knowledge sharing and corporate social responsibility. From these philosophies and core practice principles, the company is able to grow and continue to gain trust. Now the company have developed over 200 real estate projects.

In 2016, we are the only company in Thailand to fully develop Solar Village under the concept, “SENA Solar House” by installing solar cells to all homes in the common area of the village, in order to help homeowners save on their electricity bills and common fees while being environmentally friendly. 

In 2017, we have partnered with Hankyu Hanshin Property Corp, the number 1 real estate company in Kansai, Osaka Japan in order to develop real estate project under the joint venture “Sena Hankyu Hanshin” using the Geo Fit+ concept to build on each project.

Now there are over 12 projects that has been developed under the following concept, e.g.
PITI Sukhumvit 101, Niche Pride Taopoon-Interchange, NICHE MONO Charoennakorn.

Furthermore, there are other subsidiary businesses such as
Sena Fest, Pattaya Country Club, Victory Management, Sena We Care and Acute Realty.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

1977
It all began from making a popular Thai dessert, “Lord Chong”.
1981
1993
Founded Krungthep Keha Group Ltd. a single houses, town houses and commercial buildings business under SENA Villa project.
1996
2006
Started Baan Ruam Tang Faan new Business Model with a charitable goal, giving all profits to public hospitals.
2007
2008
Launched the new condominium BOI under the name, “The Cache”. Ready to enter the new business, “SENA HOUSE, apartment for rent”.
2009
2010
Launched a new condo brand called ‘The Kith’.
2011
2012
The company gave over 100 million baht to charity, from 3 Baan Ruam Tarng Faan projects.

SENA Park Grand, a green smart design concept single houses for the SENA Park Avenue community with over 10 rais of green space to unwind with a practical shortcut route for Ramintra people.

The first solar village and condominium in Thailand with solar rooftop installation to help reduce electricity bills in the long run.

Launch of the new luxury condominium brand, “PITI”, developed from the IKIGAI concept to meet the demand for the modern way of life… “Good living is the new luxury”.

Entered the timber sales and installation business and real estate business under the category of residences.

Launched the first condominium project under the name, “The Niche”.

On the 28th July 2552, registered as public company in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The company celebrated its 30th year anniversary.

The launch of SENA Fest Lifestyle Mall in Charoen Nakorn and 360 degrees after sales service: -Victory Property Management -Sena We Care -Acute Realty

2015
Launched the luxury condominium, Niche Pride Thonglor-Petchaburi, seizing the solar farm and solar rooftop business to generate sustainable revenue for the company.
2016
2017
Partnered with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp. under Hankyu Harshen Holding Group, the operator of major real estate developer in Japan to develop Niche Pride Taopoon-Interchange and Niche MONO Sukhumvit-Bearing.
2018
The FIRST EV Ready
Developed EV Ready system to facilitate the installation of electric car charger for all homes. Ready to maximize the capacity of the solar cells - homeowners can now adjust the number of solar panels according to the quantity electrical appliances within their homes with the first “Solar Scale-Up” innovation in Thailand.
