Energy-Efficient Housing Design (Label No. 5) – Residential CategorySENA Development PLC, in collaboration with Hankyu Hanshin Properties Corp., received the EGAT Energy Efficiency Award 2023 for SENA Grand Home Bangna KM.29 – KYARA (XL). The award recognizes residential designs that demonstrate outstanding energy performance and comply with the standards of Thailand’s Energy Efficiency Label No. 5 Program.
